Le Cordon Bleu Bistro @ Signatures merges the best from two successful restaurants into one, combining the finest French cuisine from our highly acclaimed 5 diamond Le Cordon Bleu Signatures restaurant with the relaxed, casual ambiance and reasonable prices of bistroCordonBleu.

For those who are new to us, the Signatures restaurant presented a formal fine dining atmosphere that celebrated the history and tradition of French cuisine and culture. Fine service, elaborate menu options, an extensive wine list and a truly French ambience were at the premise of this operation. It was proudly nominated as a 5-diamond restaurant by the CAA for many years.

In contrast, “bistroCordonBleu” offered our clients a casual dining atmosphere with high quality food at a great price! This operation was heavily contributed to by our culinary arts students both in the kitchen and with our clients. It was developed as a testament to the standard of culinary education and the talent of students that we train in our internationally renowned culinary arts institute.
